Valentine’s Day Cocktails: 3 Ways

Whether you’re going out or staying in, surprise your sweetheart with a cocktail crafted by our mixologists at Bistro Bella Vita. A Valentine’s Day-inspired cocktail doesn’t need to be overly sweet or contain chocolate (but if that is your thing, we’ve got you covered). Read below for the recipe and method in making some of our favorite Valentine’s Day cocktails:

Plum Crazy

Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Add 2 blackberries for garnish.

Michigan Manhattan

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all ingredients except cherry garnish. Stir and strain into a chilled martini glass. Finish with cherry garnish.

  • Chocolate syrup
  • 2 ½ oz. Van Gogh Chocolate Vodka
  • 1 oz. Strawberry Liqueur
  • Splash of cream
  • Chocolate covered strawberry

Swirl chocolate syrup in a chilled martini glass. Combine chocolate vodka, strawberry liqueur and cream in an ice-filled shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with a chocolate-covered strawberry.

These cocktails are delicious and should be enjoyed any time of year! Share your cocktail photos with us on Instagram and make sure to tag @bistrobellavita!
