Bistro’s VIP Cellar Table is a unique, intimate setting where you can entertain guests in your own semi-private corner of the restaurant.

- Conveniently tucked away from main dining spaces, yet not fully enclosed from the restaurant

Private Events Director
Theresa is a seasoned Private Events Director with over 15 years of expertise in the Hospitality industry. Her passion for planning stems from the lavish events she executed during her time with The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas. Throughout her career, she has shown impactful leadership, achieved significant milestones and demonstrated her commitment to excellence and innovation in the field.
Now, Theresa brings her wealth of knowledge and skills to her role as Private Events Director at Essence Restaurant Group, where she oversees the design, setup and execution of events that bring people together.

Bridget Malkowski
Guest Relations Manager
Bridget joined the Bistro Bella Vita team in February 2021. With a degree in Business Administration and Management, and as our Guest Relations Manager, she has a natural talent for finding efficient and creative ways to deliver the highest level of hospitality. Whether it be newlyweds or restaurant regulars, Bridget never fails to go above and beyond for all guests, creating personal and memorable experiences for every occasion. Bistro’s Woodrick Room is a multi-level private event space with a reception room that leads down an open staircase into a spacious room that can be set for personal or corporate events.
- Accommodates up to 60 seated guests in the lower level, 100 standing guests combined levels.
